This review covers the main topics of the reports presented at the International Scientific Conference “Modern Philosophy and the Community of the Common Destiny of Mankind” (the 20th All-China Conference on Russian Philosophy), held in Harbin on June 20–22, 2025. The review presents the main vectors and issues of the work of Chinese colleagues: a constant focus on the fundamental questions of Russian philosophy’s self-identification, an analysis of its key concepts and features (intuitionism, eschatology, sophiology, the “Russian idea”, etc.), and a creative reinterpretation of the legacy of individual thinkers (S.N. Bulgakov, S.L. Frank, S.S. Khoruzhij, E.V. Ilyenkov, V.I. Lenin, and others). It is noted that the participants’ presentations demonstrate not only the high level of research in the relevant Chinese professional community, but also its desire to consider Russian thought as a resource for understanding the global challenges of our time and the specific ways of China’s development.
